Reaching the Unreached

More than
2 billion people are unreachable by most missionary activity!

Today there are more than 2 billion people in thousands of individual "People Groups" who are not only unreached by the Gospel, but are unreachable by most present missionary activity. Hidden behind formidable barriers of culture, religion, politics, language and geography, they represent 83% of the non Christian population of the world. Yet, less than 9% of the North American missionary force is working among these people groups.

Omega is a channel whereby the resources of personnel and funds from the Christian world may be focused upon the areas of greatest need. We continue to mobilize a body of dedicated youth, especially foreign nationals, to serve as a "Frontier Strike Force". We believe that the church of North America has the greatest pool of financial resources, while the church in third world countries can provide the greatest pool of people-resources. By bringing the talents and gifts of the American churches together with the resources of developing nations, we may more effectively reach the still-unreached around us.
